Unaged, Coffey column-distilled rum proofed down with cask strength, 3-year-old rum also distilled on a Coffey column still. Notes of toasted marshmallow, vanilla bean, and prunes soften this overproof’s initial punch while brown bread, cinnamon, saffron, and burnt citrus linger with a hint of sweetness on the finish. 75.5% ABV
