92 points Andy Howard, MW (Decanter): "There is a great purity to the aromas of nectarine and lemon peel in the delicious village Chablis from Samuel Billaud. It's lively and fresh, with a tension that carries the wine to a lingering finish. The grapes are from three parcels: two on the left bank – Pargues (near Préhy) and the back side of the Montmains slope – and on the right bank, vines at the base of Montée de Tonnerre. They represent 5ha in total; 2ha domaine and 3ha purchased fruit. Drinking Window: 2024-2035. (9/23/24)"

'Outstanding/Top Value'/89-92 points Allen Meadows (Burghound): "Moderate reduction pushes the underlying fruit to the background today. On the palate there is excellent volume to the vibrant and equally stony medium weight flavors that also conclude in a chiseled, bone-dry and sneaky long finale. This is a potentially outstanding villages and worth your interest. Drink: 2027+. (Oct 2024)"

91 points Christy Canterbury, MW (TimAtkin.com) (2025).

88-90 points Neal Martin (Vinous): "From Les Pargues, Les Cartes and Chapelot-Bas, the 2023 Chablis Grands Terroirs has a refreshing, quite minerally bouquet with hints of potpourri behind the citrus fruit. The palate is well balanced with a saline entry, and tightening in the middle. A steely, bitter lemon finish. Drink over 3-4 years. Drink: 2025-2030. (Aug 2024)"

89 points Kristaps Karklins (Wine Advocate): "Issuing from 40-year-old vines in the middle of the climat with clay-rich soils, and matured for a year in 500-liter barrels (from Tonnellerie Chassin), followed by six months in tank, the 2023 Chablis Grand Cru Blanchot is another success. Opening in the glass to reveal notes of white flowers, grapefruit peel and white peach, it’s medium to full-bodied, bright and precise, structured around racy acidity and chalky extract. It’s tensile and saline, slightly more compact than the richer, more muscular Vaudésir and Les Clos tasted alongside it. (3/6/25)"
