Sept Obeideh Batroun (Lebanon) 2019

Sept is a micro-production winery in Lebanon with a goal of reviving indigenous varieties, and it is the country's first biodynamic producer. Elegant and discrete, this 100% Obeideh (an indigenous Lebanese variety) has a nose of white flowers, night-blooming jasmine and honeysuckle. The mouth is fresh and citrusy with hints of bitter almonds and honey. This wine has a rich structure that can be perfectly paired with goat cheese, fish meals, raw fish, tartar, and rich salads. Grown at an altitude of 1150 meters.
