It is aged seven years sur latte and finished with a three gram per liter dosage. Redolent of warm apple rhubarb pie, spiced kumquat, honeysuckle and croissant, the medium-bodied palate has a fine, delicate mousse imbued with a luminous, bright and showy acidity that is refreshing and buoyant.
