While other producers see red Sancerre as a side job, this is a big priority at the domaine, with great care and attention given to the raw material. It’s medium-bodied with fine tannins and fresh acidity. Bright and transparent, with a lively core of succulent berries. Peppery and full of vitality. Focused and juicy with a delicious finish.
