Daily full body stretch sequence
This 15 min stretch sequence is a continuation of the Core Strengthening Total Body Workout, and can be performed daily as a part of your self care routine. Carrie takes you through a full body stretch, starting with the lower body and progressing through the upper body and neck. The stretches shown are those that Carrie feels will contribute to your overall flexibility, and are helpful in preventing injury, as well as contributing to any recovery program.
